The invention provides an FPSO internal turret type single point mooring system fault diagnosis method based on a fuzzy Bayesian network, and the method comprises the following steps: 1), recognizing a fault mode of an FPSO internal turret type single point mooring system, and constructing a Bayesian network structure model; 2) collecting expert opinions and converting the expert opinions into failure probabilities, and constructing a Bayesian network parameter model; (3) sensor data of the FPSO internal turret type single-point mooring system are collected, the state of observable nodes in a Bayesian network fault diagnosis model of the FPSO internal turret type single-point mooring system is determined, and the Bayesian network fault diagnosis model is composed of a Bayesian network structure model and a Bayesian network parameter model; and performing posterior reasoning by relying on the Bayesian network fault diagnosis model to realize fault diagnosis. According to the method, comprehensive quantitative analysis of the FPSO internal turret type single point mooring system can be achieved, risk analysis and fault diagnosis are achieved, and guarantee and reference are provided for operation and maintenance of the FPSO internal turret type single point mooring system.

    本发明提供了一种基于模糊贝叶斯网络的FPSO内转塔式单点系泊系统故障诊断方法,其包括以下步骤:1)识别FPSO内转塔式单点系泊系统的故障模式,构建贝叶斯网络结构模型;2)收集专家意见并转化为失效概率,构建贝叶斯网络参数模型;3)采集FPSO内转塔式单点系泊系统的传感器数据,确定FPSO内转塔式单点系泊系统的贝叶斯网络故障诊断模型中可观测节点的状态,且贝叶斯网络故障诊断模型由贝叶斯网络结构模型和贝叶斯网络参数模型构成,再依靠该贝叶斯网络故障诊断模型进行后验推理,实现故障诊断。本发明可以对FPSO内转塔式单点系泊系统实现全面的定量分析,并实现风险分析与故障诊断,为FPSO内转塔式单点系泊系统的运营与维护维修提供保障与参考。
