The lower sliding ring base is connected with the moon pool barrel through welding, and a sliding block is arranged on the outer side of the lower sliding ring to transmit horizontal force. Flexible design is adopted in the positions of the main bearing base and the lower sliding ring base, so that structural hard points are avoided, structural coordinated deformation is guaranteed, and then it is guaranteed that the influence on sliding ring movement is reduced. Through the flexible design, a reinforcing structure under the deck is reduced, and an alignment structure is reduced. The structural weight is reduced, the structural form is simplified, the defects in the construction process are avoided to the greatest extent, the strength fatigue characteristic is improved, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明涉及一种内转塔FPSO系泊系统柔性加强结构,月池圆筒体上部和下部采用水平环筋支撑,月池圆筒体中部与支撑舱壁、支撑甲板刚性焊接;月池筒体与主轴承基座焊接,将垂向力、一部分水平力、弯矩、扭矩载荷传递到月池筒体;下滑环基座通过焊接与月池筒体连接,下滑环外侧设置滑块传递水平力。本发明通过在主轴承基座和下滑环基座位置采用柔性设计避免结构硬点,保证结构协调变形进而保证减小对滑环运动影响。通过柔性设计,减少了甲板下加强结构,并减少了对位结构。降低了结构重量,简化了结构形式,最大程度的避免了施工过程中的缺陷,强度疲劳特性提高,施工难度降低。
