The invention discloses a single-point mooring FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) tie-back method based on an internal wave current complex sea condition, in the FPSO tie-back process, a heading which does not influence anchor leg tie-back and does not bring hidden danger to a ship needs to be selected for FPSO limiting under the internal wave current complex sea condition, and the tie-back scheme does not need the assistance of a diver. A main operation ship preferentially gets close to the FPSO at a short distance, three information chains long enough are installed on a single point of an integrated inner turret of the FPSO, then information and anchor leg top chains are fished to a deck of the main operation ship, tie-back of the information chains and anchor legs is achieved, finally the anchor legs are pulled through the information chains, and tie-back operation of all anchor systems of the FPSO is completed. The pulling operation of one group of anchor legs is completed by using the information chain on each set of anchor gear, the risk that the top chain is easy to block when passing through the cross opening of the hawse pipe is avoided, assistance of divers is not needed in the whole tie-back process, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement are realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于内波流复杂海况的单点系泊FPSO回接方法,该发明在进行FPSO回接过程中,需要在内波流复杂海况选择不影响锚腿回接、不给船舶带来隐患风险的艏向进行FPSO限位,此回接方案不需要潜水员协助。主作业船舶优先近距离靠近FPSO,在FPSO集成式内转塔单点上安装3条足够长的信息链,随后再打捞信息和锚腿顶链至主作业船甲板,实现信息链和锚腿回接,最终通过信息链抽拉锚腿,完成FPSO所有锚系的回接作业,利用每套锚机上的信息链完成1组锚腿的抽拉作业,规避顶链在通过锚链筒十字口时易卡阻的风险,整个回接过程中不用潜水员协助,实现降本增效。
