The invention specifically discloses a steel rail bottom defect identification method based on ultrasonic guided waves. The method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining amplitude attenuation and propagation velocity of ultrasonic guided wave signals in a normal steel rail under preset conditions; s2, applying a preset condition to the to-be-detected steel rail, and collecting an ultrasonic guided wave signal of the to-be-detected steel rail by using an ultrasonic guided wave signal collector; s3, preprocessing the collected ultrasonic guided wave signal in the steel rail to be detected, and then obtaining the amplitude attenuation and the propagation speed of the ultrasonic guided wave signal of the steel rail to be detected; and S4, comparing the amplitude attenuation and the propagation speed of the ultrasonic guided wave signal in the to-be-detected steel rail with the amplitude attenuation and the propagation speed of the ultrasonic guided wave signal in the normal steel rail, and judging whether the bottom of the to-be-detected steel rail has defects or not according to a comparison result. According to the identification method provided by the invention, the structural integrity of the rail bottom of the steel rail can be effectively detected under the condition that normal operation of a train is not influenced, the investment of manpower and material resources is greatly reduced, and the identification method has a wide industrial application prospect.
本发明具体公开了一种基于超声导波的钢轨轨底缺陷识别方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:S1、获取预设条件下正常钢轨中超声导波信号的幅值衰减和传播速度;S2、将预设条件施加到待测钢轨上,并利用超声导波信号采集器采集待测钢轨的超声导波信号;S3、将所采集的待测钢轨中超声导波信号进行预处理,然后获取待测钢轨超声导波信号的幅值衰减和传播速度;S4、将待测钢轨中超声导波信号与正常钢轨中超声导波信号的幅值衰减和传播速度进行对比,并根据对比结果判断待测钢轨轨底是否存在缺陷。本发明所提供的识别方法能够在不影响列车正常运行的情况下对钢轨轨底结构完整性进行有效检测,极大减少了人力物力的投入,具有广泛的行业应用前景。
