The invention discloses a steel rail walking vehicle and ultrasonic guided wave steel rail detection equipment and method. The steel rail walking vehicle comprises a vehicle frame and a walking mechanism. The walking mechanism comprises a steel rail walking mechanism and a ground walking mechanism. The steel rail walking mechanism comprises steel rail walking wheels, a steel rail walking driving mechanism and a limiting and holding mechanism used for holding a steel rail. The number of the steel rail walking wheels is two, and the steel rail walking wheels are connected with the driving end of the steel rail walking driving mechanism. The limiting enclasping mechanism comprises two sets of limiting wheels and a limiting driving mechanism, and in the working state, the two sets of limiting wheels are tightly attached to the two side faces of the steel rail correspondingly; the ground walking mechanism comprises a plurality of ground walking wheels and a telescopic driving mechanism used for driving the ground walking wheels to stretch out and draw back. The device not only can be self-propelled, but also can be far away from the ground in the detection process, so that the influence of vibration and the like caused by contact between wheels and the ground is avoided, and the detection precision is improved.

    本发明公开一种钢轨行走车、超声导波钢轨探测设备以及方法,该钢轨行走车包括车架以及行走机构;所述行走机构包括钢轨行走机构和地面行走机构,所述钢轨行走机构包括钢轨行走轮、钢轨行走驱动机构以及用于抱紧在钢轨上的限位抱紧机构;所述钢轨行走轮设有两个,该钢轨行走轮与所述钢轨行走驱动机构的驱动端连接;所述限位抱紧机构包括限位轮和限位驱动机构,所述限位轮设有两组,在工作状态下,两组限位轮分别紧贴钢轨的两侧面上;所述地面行走机构包括多个地面行走轮和用于驱动地面行走轮进行伸缩的伸缩驱动机构。本发明不仅可以自走,还可以在检测过程中远离地面,避免了车轮与地面发生接触而带来的振动等影响,有利于提高检测精度。
