The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a steel rail ultrasonic guided wave low-attenuation modal analysis method and system. A frequency-group velocity curve of guided waves in the steel rail is calculated based on a semi-analytical finite element method, the steel rail is knocked by a modal force hammer, broadband signals are excited, damping attenuation factors of the steel rail at different frequency points are obtained, the damping attenuation factors are substituted into a damping attenuation formula, attenuation coefficients of different modes at different frequencies are obtained, and therefore several low-attenuation modes are selected. And finally selecting a rail guided wave low-attenuation mode in combination with semi-analytic finite element vibration mode analysis. According to the method, the steel rail frequency-group velocity curve is combined with the damping attenuation factor, and guided wave attenuation characteristics of all modes under different frequencies of the steel rail are analyzed at a time. By analyzing the vibration mode of the low-attenuation mode, the low-attenuation mode and frequency suitable for long-distance transmission in the steel rail are determined.
本公开涉及轨道交通技术领域,特别涉及一种钢轨超声导波低衰减模态分析方法及系统。本公开基于半解析有限元方法计算钢轨中导波的频率‑群速度曲线,利用模态力锤敲击钢轨,激励宽频信号,得到不同频点下钢轨的阻尼衰减因子,代入阻尼衰减公式,得到不同频率下不同模态的衰减系数,从而选出几个低衰减模态,结合半解析有限元振型分析,最终选定钢轨导波低衰减模态。本公开将钢轨频率‑群速度曲线与阻尼衰减因子相结合,一次性对钢轨不同频率下所有模态的导波衰减特性进行分析。通过分析低衰减模态的振型,确定适合于在钢轨中远距离传输的低衰减模态及频率。
