The invention discloses a steel rail ultrasonic guided wave signal processing method and system in a variable-temperature environment. The method comprises the steps that a reference signal in a steel rail in a non-damage environment and a measurement signal in the steel rail in a current environment are collected; after various processing is carried out on the reference signal and the measurement signal, the minimum normalized energy mean square error and the optimal time domain stretching factor of the reference signal and the measurement signal are obtained so as to judge whether the steel rail is damaged or not. The steel rail damage is judged through the normalized energy mean square error, high robustness is achieved on interference such as environment temperature changes, the possibility of false detection and missing detection is reduced, and reliable monitoring of steel rail structure health is achieved.
本发明公开了一种变温环境下钢轨超声导波信号处理方法和系统,所述方法包括采集无损伤环境下钢轨中的基准信号和当前环境下钢轨中的测量信号;通过对基准信号和测量信号进行各种处理后,获取基准信号与测量信号的最小归一化能量均方差和最佳时域拉伸因子,以判断钢轨是否存在伤损。通过归一化能量均方差判断钢轨伤损,对环境温度变化等干扰有较强的鲁棒性,降低了误检、漏检的可能性,实现了钢轨结构健康的可靠监测。
