The embodiment of the invention provides a broken rail monitoring system and method based on ultrasonic guided waves, the purposes of reducing the influence of conditions of a steel rail bed, being suitable for various lines, facilitating data analysis and reducing installation and maintenance difficulty are achieved, and the accuracy of broken rail monitoring is improved. The system comprises N monitoring devices and a server, and the monitoring devices are arranged in the extending direction of a steel rail according to set intervals; each monitoring device is used for sending a time synchronization request to the server after being powered on; the ultrasonic guided wave signals are sequentially sent on the basis that the ultrasonic guided wave signals sent by the previous monitoring device serve as first triggering signals of signal transmission, and the monitoring data are sent to the server on the basis that the ultrasonic guided wave signals sent by the next monitoring device serve as second triggering signals of data transmission; the server is used for synchronizing the time reference of each monitoring device and the number information of the monitoring device based on the time synchronization request; and determining the state of the steel rail between the monitoring devices based on the monitoring data.

    本申请实施例提供一种基于超声导波的断轨监测系统和方法,实现降低受钢轨道床条件影响,适用于多种线路,易于数据分析和降低安装维修难度的目的,提高断轨监测的准确率。所述系统,包括N个监测设备和服务器,在钢轨延伸方向上按设定间距设置监测设备;各监测设备,用于上电后向服务器发送时间同步请求;以及,基于前一监测设备发送的超声导波信号作为信号传递的第一触发信号,顺序发送超声导波信号,并基于后一监测设备发送的超声导波信号作为数据发送的第二触发信号,向服务器发送的监测数据;服务器,用于基于时间同步请求,同步各监测设备的时间基准和监测设备的编号信息;以及,基于监测数据确定各监测设备之间钢轨的状态。
