The invention provides a transversely-moving type heavy cable crane which is characterized in that a heavy cable saddle sliding platform is arranged at the top of a cable tower, pulleys corresponding to a traction cable, a bearing cable and a hoisting cable respectively are arranged on a heavy cable saddle, and the heavy cable saddle is connected with a transversely-moving traction device so as to drive the heavy cable saddle to transversely slide; the at least two groups of heavy cable saddles are respectively positioned on two sides of the heavy cable saddle sliding platform; each group of bearing cables correspondingly penetrate through the heavy cable saddles, the two ends of each bearing cable are connected with bearing cable anchors buried in the side slope, one group of two heavy cranes is installed on the bearing cable on one side in a sliding mode, and a crane connecting rope is arranged between the heavy cranes of the other group; a steel cable of the traction winch positioned near the bearing cable anchor is connected with the heavy crane so as to pull the heavy crane to walk; and a steel cable of the hoisting winch positioned near the bearing cable anchor is connected with a hoisting device of the heavy crane. According to the four heavy crane sports car lifting structures, each sports car can bear 125 T, and the requirement that the component lifting weight reaches 500 T is met.
本发明提供一种横移式重型缆索吊机,缆塔顶部设有重型索鞍滑移平台,重型索鞍上设有分别对应牵引索、承重索和起重索的滑轮,重型索鞍与横移牵引装置连接,以驱动重型索鞍横向滑移;重型索鞍至少两组,分别位于重型索鞍滑移平台的两侧;每组承重索对应穿过重型索鞍,承重索的两端与边坡埋设的承重索锚锭连接,两台重型吊机一组的滑动安装在一侧的承重索上,一组的重型吊机之间设有吊机连接绳;位于承重索锚锭附近的牵引卷扬机的钢索与重型吊机连接,以牵引重型吊机行走;位于承重索锚锭附近的起重卷扬机的钢索与重型吊机的起重装置连接。本发明设置的4台重型吊机跑车抬吊结构,每台跑车承重达到125T,满足构件起吊重量达到500T的要求。
