The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a heavy-load transverse moving cable saddle system. The device comprises two buckling towers which are respectively used for being fixed on the ground; the two anchorage bodies are fixedly arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the two buckling towers correspondingly; the two cable towers are hinged to the two buckling towers respectively; each cable saddle transverse moving system comprises a cable tower cross beam, an anchoring counter-force base and a jack, the cable tower cross beams are fixed to the cable tower, the anchoring counter-force bases are detachably connected to the cable tower cross beams, and the jacks are connected to the anchoring counter-force bases in the length direction of the cable tower cross beams; the cable saddle is arranged on the cable tower cross beam in a sliding mode, and the other end of the jack abuts against the cable saddle and is used for pushing the cable saddle to slide on the cable tower cross beam in the length direction of the cable tower cross beam; and the main cable is wound around the cable saddle, and the two ends of the main cable are connected with the two anchorages correspondingly and used for hanging a crown block. The embodiment of the invention provides a heavy-load transversely-moving cable saddle system to solve the problem that in the related technology, due to the complex terrain, cable hoisting is difficult to construct.
