According to the transverse moving mechanism of the portal crane, external sundries can be prevented from falling into the clamping box, the sundries are prevented from affecting the support and stable movement, meanwhile, rainwater is prevented from falling into the clamping box, the clamping box is not prone to falling into the clamping box, the clamping box is not prone to falling into the clamping box, and the service life of the clamping box is prolonged. Components in the clamping box are prevented from being eroded by rainwater, it is guaranteed that the support and the clamping wheel completely move in the direction of the guide rail, the situation that the support and the clamping wheel deflect is avoided, the situation that a lead screw is bent due to foundation sinking is avoided, normal movement of the portal crane is guaranteed, and the transverse movement device is suitable for being used for transverse movement of the portal crane.

    本发明提供一种门式起重机横移机构,包括卡箱、连套和支座,所述卡箱的一侧通过螺栓安装有电机,所述卡箱的内侧套设有卡带,所述支座的底部焊接有支架,所述卡箱的底部焊接有导轨,所述支架的底部安装有卡轮,所述导轨的两端的顶部焊接有支板,所述支板上安装有丝杆,所述支架的内侧开设有卡腔,所述卡腔的内侧卡有卡板,该门式起重机横移机构能够避免外界的杂物落入卡箱内,避免杂物影响支架和稳定移动,同时避免雨水落入卡箱内,防止卡箱内的部件被雨水侵蚀,保障支架和卡轮完全沿导轨的方向进行移动,避免支架和卡轮出现偏斜的状况,避免因地基下陷而导致丝杆被压弯,保障门式起重机的正常移动,适用于门式起重机的横向移动使用。
