The invention belongs to the technical field of forklifts, and particularly relates to a reach stacker cab with a transverse moving and lifting mechanism. Comprising a mounting base for mounting a cab, a transverse moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism, the mounting base comprises a horizontally-arranged mounting frame, a pair of side mounting plates are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the mounting frame, and each side mounting plate is provided with a pair of main rollers and a pair of side rollers. The cab is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the mounting frame through a buffer pad; when the cab is in a working state, the pair of side mounting plates are arranged in the pair of grooves of the pair of transverse moving channel steel through the matching of the roller chutes, so that the pair of piston rods of the pair of transverse moving oil cylinders are correspondingly connected with the front ends of the pair of side mounting plates; when the cab is in a transportation state, the pair of side mounting plates are arranged in the pair of grooves of the pair of lifting channel steel through matching of the roller sliding grooves, so that the pair of lifting channel steel is correspondingly connected with the front ends of the pair of side mounting plates, and therefore, transverse movement and lifting of the cab are realized, the height of the whole vehicle is reduced, and long-distance transition work is facilitated.

    本发明属于叉车的技术领域,具体是一种具有横移及升降机构的正面吊驾驶室。包括用于安装驾驶室的安装底座、横移机构和升降机构;安装底座包括水平布置的安装框,安装框的两侧对应设有一对侧安装板,每个侧安装板上分别设有一对主滚轮和一对侧滚轮;驾驶室通过缓冲垫固定安装在所述安装框的上端;驾驶室工作状态时,一对侧安装板通过滚轮滑槽的配合设于一对横移槽钢的一对凹槽内,使得一对横移油缸的一对活塞杆和一对侧安装板前端对应连接;驾驶室运输状态时,一对侧安装板通过滚轮滑槽的配合设于一对升降槽钢的一对凹槽内,使得一对升降槽钢和一对侧安装板前端对应连接,因此本发明实现驾驶室的横移和升降,降低整车高度,便于长距离转场工作。
