The invention provides a trolley lifting hook transverse moving device on a portal crane and a using method of the trolley lifting hook transverse moving device. The trolley lifting hook transverse moving device specifically comprises a trolley frame, a hoisting mechanism, a transverse moving mechanism and a locking mechanism. Wherein the hoisting mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism and the locking mechanism are mounted on the trolley frame; a steel wire rope of the hoisting mechanism is arranged in a forward winding mode and penetrates through a winding drum, a movable pulley and a fixed pulley, and a lifting hook is arranged on the movable pulley. The transverse moving mechanism drives a gear to be meshed with a rack through a driving motor so that a pulley yoke can slide along a guide rail, the guide rail and the rack are consistent in length, limiting blocks are arranged at the two ends of the guide rail, and displacement sensors are arranged at the two ends of the pulley yoke so that a lifting hook can move to the hook position of a lifted weight. A screw motor of the locking mechanism rotates to drive a locking block to move downwards, so that the locking block and a rack are locked, and it is guaranteed that the transverse moving mechanism cannot move towards the two ends due to traction of a steel wire rope. The motor drives the gear to move, the distance between the lifting hooks can be changed, and the locking mechanism ensures the safety and reliability of lifting.

    本发明提出了一种门式起重机上小车吊钩横移装置及其使用方法,具体包括小车架、起升机构、横移机构和锁紧机构。其中起升机构、横移机构和锁紧机构安装在小车架上;起升机构的钢丝绳采用顺绕方式布置,分别穿过卷筒、动滑轮和定滑轮,吊钩设置在动滑轮上;横移机构由驱动电机带动齿轮与齿条啮合从而使滑轮架沿导轨滑动,导轨和齿条长度一致且两端设有限位块,滑轮架两端均设置有位移传感器,能够使吊钩移动到吊重的挂钩位置;锁紧机构的螺杆电机旋转带动锁紧块下移,从而使锁紧块和齿条锁紧,以确保横移机构不会因钢丝绳的牵引而向两端移动。本发明通过电机驱动齿轮运动,能够实现吊钩间距的变化,锁紧机构确保了吊装的安全性和可靠性。
