The invention discloses a track replacement device and method for a nuclear facility decommissioning robot, and relates to the technical field of nuclear facility decommissioning. The device comprises a frame, a temporary storage box, a lifting mechanism, a turnover mechanism and two opening and closing mechanisms; the lifting mechanism is mounted on the frame and used for driving the turnover mechanism to move up and down; the overturning mechanism is installed on the lifting part of the lifting mechanism and used for overturning the opening and closing mechanism. The opening and closing mechanism is mounted on the turnover mechanism and used for supporting a track of the nuclear facility decommissioning robot; the temporary storage box is installed on the frame, located under the lifting part of the lifting mechanism and used for temporarily storing the replaced crawler belt. According to the method, a parking platform provided with a linear track and a jacking device on a table top and a track replacing device of the nuclear facility decommissioning robot are adopted. An old crawler belt can be taken down from the robot body, and a new crawler belt is mounted on the robot body, so that the working time of an operator in a radioactive place can be shortened, and the exposure dose of the operator is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种核设施退役机器人履带更换装置及方法,涉及核设施退役技术领域,装置包括车架、暂存箱、升降机构、翻转机构和两个张合机构;升降机构安装于车架,用于驱动翻转机构上下移动;翻转机构安装于升降机构的升降部,用于翻转张合机构;张合机构安装于翻转机构,用于支撑核设施退役机器人的履带;暂存箱安装于车架,并位于升降机构的升降部的正下方,用于暂存换下的履带。方法采用了台面安装有直线轨道和顶升装置的停放平台,以及所述核设施退役机器人履带更换装置。本发明能够将旧履带从机器人本体上取下,并将新履带安装在机器人本体上,能够减少作业人员在放射性场所工作时间,降低作业人员受照剂量。
