The method comprises the steps that a tire burst signal, a steering wheel angle signal, a steering wheel hand torque signal and a vehicle speed signal are obtained; based on the steering wheel hand torque signal and the vehicle speed signal, low-frequency hand power and high-frequency assisting power are obtained; based on the tire burst signal, the steering wheel angle signal and the vehicle speed signal, a low-frequency hand power assisting coefficient and a high-frequency power assisting coefficient are determined; based on the low-frequency hand power, the low-frequency hand power assisting coefficient, the high-frequency assisting power and the high-frequency assisting coefficient, the assisting power moment is obtained. According to the EPS control method for the vehicle tire burst, the electronic equipment and the vehicle, when the vehicle tire burst occurs, assistance compensation is conducted on the working condition that a driver feels increased hand force so as to reduce the hand torque of a steering wheel, compensation is not conducted on the working condition that the driver feels decreased hand force or reverse compensation is conducted on the working condition that the driver feels decreased hand force, and therefore the safety of the vehicle is improved. A driver can control the steering wheel more comfortably, impact is reduced, and stability is enhanced.
