According to the method, under the condition that the brake booster of the vehicle is in the failure state, the electric driving component in the vehicle can be controlled to assist the brake booster in braking instead of directly using a stability control component for auxiliary braking, the time proportion of auxiliary braking of the stability control component in the whole auxiliary braking stage is reduced, and the service life of the vehicle is prolonged. And the pressure change time in the brake system during auxiliary assistance is shortened, so that the vibration duration and the noise duration of the brake pedal are shortened.
