The invention discloses a braking energy recovery control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps that first state information of a vehicle is obtained, and the first state information comprises the speed of a brake pedal and the opening degree of the brake pedal of the vehicle; determining a braking force demand value based on the first state information; second state information and third state information of the vehicle are obtained, wherein the third state information comprises state information of a motor controller MCU; and under the condition that the second state information indicates that the vehicle is in the state meeting the braking energy recovery and meets the first preset condition, the vehicle is controlled to conduct braking energy recovery based on the third state information and the braking force demand value. According to the method, different braking energy recovery modes are set according to different actual working conditions of the vehicle, and the braking energy recovery efficiency can be improved.
