The active anti-collision system comprises an anti-collision main beam, a supporting beam and two fixed energy absorption boxes, the anti-collision main beam and the supporting beam are arranged in parallel, the front ends of the two fixed energy absorption boxes are connected with the two ends of the anti-collision main beam correspondingly, and the inner sides of the rear ends of the two fixed energy absorption boxes are connected with the two ends of the supporting beam correspondingly; the detection control assembly is arranged at the front end of the vehicle, the movable energy absorption boxes are arranged between the main beam and the supporting beam, a sliding rail extending in the length direction of the supporting beam is arranged on the end face, facing the anti-collision main beam, of the supporting beam, and the movable energy absorption boxes are connected to the sliding rail in a sliding mode; each movable energy absorption box is connected with a driving assembly, and the driving assemblies are electrically connected with the detection control assembly. The detection control assembly is used for detecting the running state of the vehicle and controlling the driving assembly to drive the movable energy absorption box to slide on the sliding rail according to a detected signal, so that the movable energy absorption box moves to an area where collision is about to happen, energy generated by collision is dispersed, the risk that passengers are injured is reduced, and damage to the vehicle body is reduced.

    本发明提供一种主动防撞系统及其控制方法:包括防撞主梁、支撑梁和两个固定吸能盒,防撞主梁与支撑梁平行设置,两个固定吸能盒的前端分别与防撞主梁的两端连接,后端内侧分别与支撑梁的两端连接;还包括设置在车辆前端的检测控制组件以及设置在主梁和支撑梁之间的若干个活动吸能盒,支撑梁朝向防撞主梁的一端面上设有沿其长度方向延伸的滑轨,活动吸能盒滑动连接在滑轨上;每个活动吸能盒上连接有驱动组件,驱动组件与检测控制组件电性连接;检测控制组件用于检测车辆的行驶状态,并根据检测到的信号控制驱动组件驱动活动吸能盒在滑轨上滑动,使活动吸能盒移动至即将发生碰撞的区域,分散碰撞产生的能量,降低乘员受伤的风险,并减少车身的损坏。
