The invention discloses an active collision avoidance control system and method for a forklift, and the system comprises an environment sensing module which is mainly composed of a plurality of sensors and cameras and is composed of a laser radar and a millimeter wave radar, and a data analysis module which analyzes the vehicle and road condition information provided by the sensors and the radar and carries out the risk assessment. The braking execution early-warning module is connected with the vehicle early-warning system, steering control and braking execution control, and the low-speed anti-lock module is used for the full-load braking condition of the forklift. The working environment and the vehicle condition of the forklift are comprehensively monitored through the high-precision positioning radar and the multiple sensors, obstacle detection and alarm are provided, meanwhile, active lane changing, braking and other operations can be achieved according to danger degree judgment, braking anti-lock braking is completed in the low-speed heavy-load braking environment, and the safety of the forklift is guaranteed. And active collision avoidance control and safety braking functions are realized.

    一种叉车主动避撞控制系统及方法,其系统包括:采用多个传感器及摄像头为主、激光雷达与毫米波雷达构成的环境感知模块,分析传感器及雷达提供的车辆及路况信息,进行危险评估的数据分析模块,连接车辆预警系统、转向控制与执行制动控制的制动执行预警模块,针对叉车满载制动情况的低速防抱死模块。本发明由高精度定位雷达与多传感器对叉车的作业环境和车辆状况进行全面监测,在提供障碍物检测与报警的同时,还能根据危险程度判别实现主动换道与制动等操作,在低速重载制动环境下完成制动防抱死,实现主动避撞控制及安全制动功能。
