The invention provides a bolt looseness detection method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a product program. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a reference image and a to-be-detected image; performing segmentation processing on the reference image and the to-be-detected image, performing image registration, and constructing a 3D model of the wheel axle to obtain a target reference wheel axle model and a target to-be-detected wheel axle model; carrying out segmentation processing on each bolt in the target reference axle model and the target to-be-detected axle model, and respectively constructing a rectangular coordinate system corresponding to each bolt; according to a clockwise direction, calculating all deflection angles of each bolt in the target reference wheel shaft model and the target to-be-detected wheel shaft model, and constructing a standard deflection angle library; calculating a loss value of each bolt in the target to-be-detected axle model; and if the loss value is greater than or equal to a preset loss threshold value, generating a message that the bolt at the bottom of the subway has a fault. According to the method, the bolt looseness detection efficiency is improved.

    本申请提供一种螺栓松动检测方法、装置、设备、存储介质及产品程序。该方法包括:获取基准图像和待检测图像;分别对基准图像和待检测图像进行分割处理,再进行图像配准,构建轮轴的3D模型,得到目标基准轮轴模型,以及目标待检测轮轴模型;对目标基准轮轴模型,以及目标待检测轮轴模型中的每一个螺栓进行分割处理,分别构建每一个螺栓对应的直角坐标系;按照顺时针方向,计算目标基准轮轴模型,以及目标待检测轮轴模型中的每一个螺栓的所有偏转角,并构建标准偏转角库;计算目标待检测轮轴模型中的每一个螺栓的损失值;若损失值大于或等于预设的损失阈值,则生成携带有地铁车底的螺栓存在故障的消息。本申请的方法,提高了螺栓松动的检测效率。
