The invention relates to the technical field of railway track turnout and turnout fastener attitude sensors, and provides a railway turnout fastener bolt looseness monitoring device, system and method, and the device comprises a sensor main body, a polymorphic passive radio frequency circuit, a limiting fixed part, a sensor panel and a C-shaped clamp spring. The polymorphic passive radio frequency circuit is packaged in the sensor main body, the radio frequency circuit is packaged by the sensor panel, and the limiting fixing piece and the sensor main body are connected through the C-shaped clamp spring and form an axial relative rotation mechanical structure. The polymorphic passive radio frequency circuit state pin is connected with the elastic ejector pin, the limiting fixing piece is mainly made of a non-conductive material, and the cylindrical surface area of the lower edge part is covered with a metal conductive layer. In the process that the limiting fixing piece rotates relative to the sensor body, the passive radio frequency circuit elastic ejector pin slides on the surface of the limiting fixing piece, and the state of the polymorphic passive radio frequency circuit is triggered to change. The wireless collector collects the circuit state information of the sensor, judges whether the bolt and nut fasteners are loosened or not according to the read circuit state information, and gives an alarm when the fasteners are loosened, so that the railway production and operation safety risk caused by the loosening of the turnout bolt is effectively avoided.

    本发明涉及铁路轨道道岔及道岔紧固件姿态传感器技术领域,提供一种铁路道岔紧固件螺栓松动监测装置及系统、方法,包括传感器主体、多态无源射频电路、限位固定件、传感器面板、C形卡簧;多态无源射频电路封装在传感器主体内,传感器面板实现对射频电路封装,限位固定件与传感器主体由C形卡簧实现相连接,并构成轴向相对旋转机械结构。多态无源射频电路状态引脚连接弹性顶针,限位固定件主要材料为非导电材料,下沿边缘部分柱面区域覆盖金属导电层。限位固定件在与传感器主体相对旋转过程中,无源射频电路弹性顶针在限位固定件表面滑动,触发多态无源射频电路状态改变。无线采集器采集传感器电路状态信息,根据读取到的电路状态信息判断螺栓、螺母紧固件是否松动,在紧固件发生松动时给出报警,有效避免道岔螺栓松动造成的铁路生产运营安全风险。
