The invention discloses an ammonia gas adsorption treatment device of a marine ammonia fuel power system. The ammonia gas adsorption treatment device comprises an expansion tank, a liquid discharge tank, an ammonia gas absorption tank and an ammonia water storage tank, an inlet of the expansion tank is connected with the host, a gas-phase outlet of the expansion tank is connected with the ammonia absorption tank, and a liquid-phase outlet of the expansion tank is connected with the liquid discharge tank; the liquid discharging tank is used for collecting liquid leaked from the gas chamber, the reliquefaction system and the low-flash-point fuel supply system; a gas phase outlet of the liquid discharge tank is connected with the ammonia gas absorption tank, and a liquid phase outlet of the liquid discharge tank is connected to the gas chamber through a liquid discharge pump; the ammonia gas absorption tank supplements fresh water through a ship central water system, waste absorption liquid of the ammonia gas absorption tank is collected to the ammonia water storage tank, and an outlet of the ammonia water storage tank is connected with the selective catalytic reduction device; and after being treated by the ammonia escape catalyst, the gas discharged from the ammonia gas absorption tank meets the discharge requirement and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The device has the advantages of high ammonia gas treatment efficiency, good effect, compact structure, small occupied area and the like.

    本发明公开了一种船用氨燃料动力系统的氨气吸附处理装置,包括膨胀罐、排液罐、氨气吸收罐、氨水储罐;膨胀罐入口与主机相连,膨胀罐的气相出口与氨气吸收罐相连,膨胀罐的液相出口与排液罐相连;排液罐收集气室、再液化系统和低闪点燃料供应系统泄露的液体;排液罐的气相出口与氨气吸收罐相连,排液罐的液相出口通过排液泵连接至气室;氨气吸收罐通过船舶中央水系统补充淡水,氨气吸收罐的吸收液废液收集至氨水储罐,氨水储罐的出口与选择性催化还原装置相连;氨气吸收罐中排放的气体通过氨逃逸催化器处理后,满足排放要求,经排气管排放。本发明具有氨气处理效率高、效果好、结构紧凑占地小等优势。
