An ammonia fuel leakage treatment system applied to the ammonia fuel leakage treatment method comprises a replacement module, a collection module, a purification module and a waste liquid storage module, and the replacement module can fill a hollow interlayer between an outer pipe and an inner pipe of a double-wall pipe with nitrogen, water and nitrogen in sequence; the collecting module is used for collecting liquid ammonia at a hollow interlayer between an outer pipe and an inner pipe of the double-wall pipe, the collecting module is provided with a first output end and a second output end, the first output end is communicated with a liquid ammonia supply system, the collecting module can convey the collected liquid ammonia into the liquid ammonia supply system, and the second output end is communicated with the purifying module; the purification module contains water, the water is used for absorbing ammonia gas, the waste liquid storage module is used for storing water in a hollow interlayer between an outer pipe and an inner pipe of the double-wall pipe and water in the purification module, and leaked ammonia fuel is safely treated and recycled.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及氨燃料泄漏处理系统及氨燃料泄漏处理方法。该氨燃料泄漏处理方法所应用氨燃料泄漏处理系统包括置换模块、收集模块、净化模块及废液储存模块,置换模块能够依次将氮气、水以及氮气充满双壁管外管与内管之间的中空夹层,收集模块用于收集双壁管外管与内管之间的中空夹层处的液氨,收集模块具有第一输出端和第二输出端,第一输出端与液氨供给系统相导通,收集模块能够将收集的液氨输送至液氨供给系统中,第二输出端与净化模块相导通,净化模块具有水,水用于吸收氨气,废液储存模块用于储存双壁管外管与内管之间的中空夹层处的水以及净化模块内的水,安全处理并回收泄漏的氨燃料。
