The present invention pertains to a marine engine ammonia catch system and an ammonia fuel recovery method using same. More specifically, the present invention provides a marine engine ammonia catch system including a temperature variable adsorption device in which an adsorption tower is filled with a porous adsorbent, and thus ammonia can be selectively removed from a mixed gas down to the ppm level and then recovered at a high concentration of at least 95% even when a small amount of the porous adsorbent is used. In addition, the marine engine ammonia catch system according to the present invention can minimize atmospheric emissions of ammonia, enables high-purity ammonia recovery using ammonia as a purge gas at a low temperature of 200°C or lower, and makes it possible to reuse, in a fuel tank, liquid ammonia formed by re-liquefying a highly concentrated ammonia gas generated during desorption. Moreover, the marine engine ammonia catch system does not affect vessel movement, thus enabling a more compact device configuration compared to conventional scrubbers, and has the advantage of solving the problem of ammonia water treatment.

    La présente invention concerne un système de capture d'ammoniac de moteur marin et un procédé de récupération de combustible à l'ammoniac l'utilisant. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un système de capture d'ammoniac de moteur marin comprenant un dispositif d'adsorption à température variable dans lequel une tour d'adsorption est remplie d'un adsorbant poreux. Ainsi, l'ammoniac peut être sélectivement éliminé d'un gaz mélangé jusqu'au niveau ppm, puis récupéré à une concentration élevée d'au moins 95 % même lorsqu'une petite quantité de l'adsorbant poreux est utilisée. De plus, le système de capture d'ammoniac pour moteur marin selon la présente invention peut réduire au minimum les émissions atmosphériques d'ammoniac, permet une récupération d'ammoniac de haute pureté en utilisant l'ammoniac comme gaz de purge à une basse température de 200°C ou moins, et permet de réutiliser, dans un réservoir de carburant, de l'ammoniac liquide formé par re-liquéfaction d'un gaz ammoniac hautement concentré généré pendant la désorption. De plus, le système de capture d'ammoniac pour moteur marin n'affecte pas le mouvement du navire, ce qui permet une configuration de dispositif plus compacte par rapport aux épurateurs classiques, et présente l'avantage de résoudre le problème de traitement de l'eau ammoniacale.

    본 발명은 선박용 암모니아 캐치 시스템 및 이를 이용한 암모니아 연료 회수 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명은 온도변동 흡착 장치를 포함하되, 흡착탑에 다공성 흡착제가 충진된 선박용 암모니아 캐치 시스템을 제조함으로써 적은 양의 다공성 흡착제를 사용하여도 혼합기체로부터 암모니아만을 선택적으로 ppm 수준까지 제거 후 95% 이상의 고농도로 암모니아를 회수할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 선박용 암모니아 캐치 시스템은 암모니아의 대기 방출을 최소화할 수 있으며, 200 ℃ 이하의 저온에서 암모니아를 퍼지가스로 활용하여 고순도 암모니아 회수가 가능하고, 탈착 시 발생한 고농도의 암모니아 가스를 재액화하여 형성된 액상의 암모니아를 연료탱크에 재사용할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 선박의 움직임에 영향을 미치지 않아 기존의 스크러버 대비 컴팩트하게 장치 구성이 가능하며, 암모니아의 수처리 문제를 해결할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
