The invention relates to a road condition detection method and system based on an image video, and the method comprises the following steps: setting a sampling region on a traffic lane or an emergency lane at the outermost side of a road, setting different color sampling blocks in the sampling region, and setting intervals between different color blocks; installing an image acquisition device on the road, and sampling the sampling area; the color block layout of the sampling area is analyzed, image rotation and zooming correction are carried out, the forward direction of the image is ensured, meanwhile, image proportion parameters are calculated, and a basis is provided for follow-up processing; based on the known position and color of the color block, identifying the pixel change of the color block through RGB pixel analysis, performing correction by considering the illumination influence, and extracting the color and brightness change characteristics caused by covering and weather; and recognizing the picture in combination with the standard basic picture library, judging the road condition and outputting the road condition. According to the invention, the automation degree and accuracy of road condition monitoring are obviously improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the road safety early warning capability is enhanced.
本发明涉及一种基于图像视频的路况检测方法及系统,包括以下步骤:在公路最外侧的行车道或应急车道上设置采样区,采样区内置不同的彩色采样块,不同色块间之间设置有间距;在公路上安装图像采集装置,对所述采样区进行采样;分析采样区的色块布局,进行图像的旋转、缩放纠偏,确保图像正向,同时计算图片比例参数,为后续处理提供基础;基于已知色块位置和颜色,通过RGB像素分析,识别色块的像素变化,考虑光照影响进行校正,提取因覆盖物、天气引起的颜色和亮度变化特征;结合标准基础图片库对图片进行识别,判断路面状况并输出。本发明显著提高了路况监测的自动化程度和准确性,降低了人力成本,增强了道路安全预警能力。
