The invention provides a video road condition navigation system. The video road condition navigation system comprises a service querying end, a monitoring and measuring end, a cloud server and a data integrating end. The service querying end is used for inputting querying request information, encrypting the querying request information and then sending the querying request information to the cloud server. The monitoring and measuring end is installed on a related vehicle and is used for shooting videos of road conditions and uploading the videos to the cloud server. The cloud server receives the querying request information sent by the service querying end, calls a corresponding video and transmits the video to the data integrating end. The data integrating end carries out analysis and integration on the video and feeds a result to the service querying end for displaying. According to the invention, the monitoring and measuring end is arranged on the vehicle of a logistics company, and road condition videos of all places are collected by means of a vehicle operation network of the logistics company, so that a large amount of manpower cost is saved; in addition, the videos of all roads can be queried, the sizes of all bridges and tunnels are updated in real time, and large-scale equipment can be transported to any place without a road detection vehicle.
