The invention provides a high-strength heat-resistant hub and a preparation process thereof. According to the preparation technology of the hub, the raw materials are prepared according to the target alloy composition, then smelting, melt purification, casting, homogenizing annealing treatment, hub die forging precision die forging forming, solid solution quenching and artificial aging are conducted, and the hub is obtained by optimizing the alloy composition, controlling the conditions of all the procedures and the like. The inner side hub die forging product and the outer side hub die forging product are successfully manufactured, and the performance of the inner side hub and the performance of the outer side hub are improved. Test results show that various detections (room-temperature tensile property, high-temperature tensile property, low magnification, high magnification, hardness, flaw detection, surface quality and the like) of the inner side hub and the outer side hub all meet the technical index requirements.

    本发明提供了一种高强耐热轮毂及其制备工艺。本发明提供的轮毂的制备工艺,先将原料按照目标合金组成进行配料,然后进行熔炼、熔体净化、铸造、均匀化退火处理、轮毂模锻件精密模锻成型、固溶淬火、人工时效,通过优化合金组成以及控制各工序的条件等,成功制得内侧轮毂模锻件产品和外侧轮毂模锻件产品,且改善了内侧、外侧轮毂的性能。试验结果表明,本发明所得内侧轮毂、外侧轮毂的各项检测(室温拉伸性能、高温拉伸性能、低倍、高倍、硬度、探伤、表面质量等)均满足技术指标要求。
