The honeycomb core comprises a core body and a silicon carbide composite layer formed on the surface of the core body, the core body is formed by mutually bonding a plurality of layers of quartz cloth, and a plurality of through holes which are arranged at intervals and have orthohexagonal sections are formed by every two adjacent layers of quartz cloth; the silicon carbide composite layer is a compound of silicon carbide and resin; wherein in the silicon carbide composite layer, the mass ratio of resin to silicon carbide is (25-70): (0.5-5). The product takes quartz fiber cloth as a main body, then silicon carbide and resin compounds are sprayed, and curing molding is performed, so that the mechanical property of the honeycomb core can be improved by 25% under the condition that the density of the product is not changed, and the high-temperature resistance of the honeycomb core is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种高强度耐高温石英布蜂窝芯,涉及复合新材料技术领域。该蜂窝芯包括芯体和形成于芯体表面的碳化硅复合层,芯体由多层石英布相互粘接形成,且相邻的两层石英布形成多个间隔设置的截面为正六边形的通孔;碳化硅复合层为碳化硅和树脂的复合物;其中,碳化硅复合层中,树脂和碳化硅的质量比为25~70:0.5~5。该产品以石英纤维布作为主体,然后喷洒碳化硅和树脂复合物,固化成型,可以在不改变产品密度的情况下将蜂窝芯的力学性能提高25%,并有效提高蜂窝芯耐高温性能。
