The invention provides a curved segmented bottom plate splicing method. The curved segmented bottom plate splicing method comprises the steps that the size of a segmented bottom plate and jig frame manufacturing information are obtained; a jig frame is manufactured according to the size of the segmented bottom plate and the jig frame manufacturing information; a coordinate system is established on the ground according to the position of the jig frame, and plate corner points, needing to be positioned, in all the bottom plates are projected to the ground and marked based on jig frame manufacturing information; the bottom plate is placed on the jig frame for positioning according to the plate corner points marked on the ground; the segmentation precision is measured, and the positions of the bottom plates in the segments are repositioned; and the segmented bottom plates are fixed and welded. According to the curved segmented bottom plate splicing method, the construction quality can be improved, and the construction efficiency can be improved.

    本发明提供一种曲型分段底板拼板方法包括:获取分段底板的尺寸和胎架制作信息;根据分段底板尺寸和胎架制作信息制作胎架;根据胎架的位置在地面建立坐标系,基于胎架制作信息将各底板中所需定位的板角点投影到地面并标记;依据地面上标记的板角点将底板放置于胎架进行定位;测量分段精度并重新定位分段中底板的位置;对分段底板进行固定和焊接。上述曲型分段底板拼板方法能够提高施工质量,提高施工效率。
