The method comprises the steps that 101, after planking welding is conducted on a positively-manufactured bottom curved surface segmented outer plate, a segmented cross datum line is determined, and the segmented cross datum line comprises a segmented center line and a rib inspection line; 102, measuring and marking out intersection points of all ribs at upper board openings on the two sides of the bottom curved surface segment and the center line of the segment by taking a rib inspection line as a reference; step 103, adjusting and aligning the corresponding intersection points marked by the sideboard upper openings on the two sides and the center line of the section by using a line casting instrument in sequence; step 104, bidirectionally and continuously casting lines on the bottom curved surface segmented outer plate by using a line casting instrument, and marking out mark points according to a preset density; and step 105, determining each rib line, and completing the assembly scribing work of the bottom curved surface subsection. The method is suitable for assembly lineation or detection of all curved surface segments or workpieces constructed by a positive or tangent jig frame, the lineation detection time can be greatly shortened, the risk of mistakes and omissions can be reduced, and the lineation efficiency and precision are improved.
