The invention relates to a segmented construction method for an LNG ship liquid dome, which comprises the following steps of: embedding a liquid dome segmented carbon steel segment into a trunk deck segment during construction, constructing the liquid dome segmented carbon steel segment and the trunk deck segment on the same tire, only burning constraint welding between the liquid dome segmented carbon steel segment and the trunk deck segment, and after deck segmented carrying and positioning are finished, after the hole opening position of the pump tower is accurately measured, constraint welding between the liquid dome segmented carbon steel segment and the deck segment is cut off, then the liquid dome segmented carbon steel segment is hoisted away from the dock and returns to the fetalposition to continue to be built, and the hole opening position on the liquid dome segmented trunk deck is determined according to the hole opening position on the stainless steel plate. By means of the construction method, it is guaranteed that installation of the open hole in the stainless steel plate and the open hole in the pump tower structure meets the precision requirement, and the problemof reworking due to insufficient precision in the later period is solved.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船液穹分段建造方法,液穹分段碳钢片段建造时先嵌入在围阱甲板片段内,与围阱甲板片段同胎建造,液穹分段碳钢片段与围阱甲板片段之间仅烧约束焊,待甲板分段搭载定位结束,将泵塔开孔位置测量准确后再将液穹分段碳钢片段与甲板片段之间的约束焊割除,再将液穹分段碳钢片段吊离船坞回胎位继续建造,根据不锈钢板上开孔位置确定液穹分段围阱甲板上的开孔位置。通过本发明的建造方法,保证不锈钢板上的开孔与泵塔结构开孔的安装满足精度要求,避免了后期精度不够返工的问题。
