The invention discloses an LNG ship liquid dome segmented construction precision control method. The method specifically comprises the following steps that carbon steel segments are constructed in aninverse state; the carbon steel segment is overturned and hoisted to the inner deck, so that the circle center of the first circular hole in the carbon steel segment coincides with the circle center of the second circular hole in the inner deck; the joints of the carbon steel segments and the inner deck are welded and fixed to form liquid dome segments; and checking the flatness of the carbon steel segment and the inner deck and the straightness of the carbon steel segment, and correcting the deformation position. According to the method, the trunk deck and the carbon steel plate are assembledinto the carbon steel segments, and then the carbon steel segments and the inner deck are folded into the liquid dome subsection, so that the construction precision of the liquid dome subsection canbe effectively guaranteed, the construction quality of the liquid dome subsection is improved, and the wharf period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种LNG船液穹分段建造精度控制方法,具体包括以下步骤:反态建造碳钢片段;将碳钢片段翻转吊装至内甲板上,使碳钢片段上第一圆孔的圆心与内甲板上第二圆孔的圆心相重合;将碳钢片段与内甲板的连接处进行焊接固定构成液穹分段;检查碳钢片段和内甲板的平整度、以及碳钢片段的直线度,对变形位置进行修正。本发明通过将围阱甲板和碳钢板装配成碳钢片段,然后将碳钢片段和内甲板合拢成液穹分段,能够有效保证液穹分段的建造精度,提高了液穹分段的建造质量,缩短了码头周期。
