The rotatable pressing plate is unfolded or folded, the pressing plate can penetrate through the splicing seam to be installed during folding, after installation, the pressing plate can be unfolded to be matched with the screw rod to be tightly attached to the first side face of the plate, therefore, two plates are leveled to complete plate splicing, operation is convenient, and the plate splicing efficiency is high.
