The invention provides an intelligent access control management system for a transformer substation. The management system is provided with a license plate recognition camera, a face recognition machine, a front access controller, a wireless card reader and an infrared correlation grating, the method of the intelligent access control management system for the transformer substation comprises the following steps of: 1, inputting personnel and vehicle authority information into the front access controller; step 2, acquiring and recognizing information of personnel and vehicles needing to enter and exit the transformer substation through a license plate recognition camera, a face recognition machine and a wireless card reader; 3, the front access controller obtains the authority of personnel and vehicles needing to go in and out of the transformer substation; 4, the front access controller obtains the requirements of personnel and vehicles and verifies whether related operation is authorized or not; 5, the front access controller responds to the requirements of personnel and vehicles, the corresponding controller is turned on, and data are recorded; and step 6, the front access controller and the infrared correlation grating are reset automatically or after time delay after detecting that the requirements of the personnel and the vehicles are completed.

    本发明提出了一种变电站智能门禁管理系统,所述管理系统设置有车牌识别摄像机、人脸识别机、前置门禁控制器、无线刷卡器和红外对射光栅;所述变电站智能门禁管理系统的方法步骤为:步骤一、在前置门禁控制器内录入人员和车辆权限信息;步骤二、通过车牌识别摄像机、人脸识别机和无线刷卡器获取识别需要进出变电站的人员和车辆信息;步骤三、前置门禁控制器获取需要进出变电站人员和车辆的权限;步骤四、前置门禁控制器获取人员和车辆的需求并验证相关的操作是否授权;步骤五、前置门禁控制器响应人员和车辆的需求,打开相应的控制器,并记录数据;步骤六、前置门禁控制器和红外对射光栅在检测到人员和车辆在需求完成后自动或延时后复位。
