According to the walking type tower crane automatic leveling control method, a differential GPS is adopted as a leveling main detection element, two double-shaft tilt angle sensors are installed on a bottom frame in a diagonal mode, and the two double-shaft tilt angle sensors are installed on the bottom frame for auxiliary judgment; when the transmission value of one double-shaft tilt angle sensor jumps or does not conform to the actual working condition or the data difference of the two exceeds +/-2 degrees, an alarm is given on the display screen, and parking correction is suggested; the supporting leg bottom load sensors are used for detecting elements for detecting the vertical loads of the supporting legs, whether the walking type tower crane has the deviation and sinking risk or not is judged and prompted, and parking is suggested to be conducted on a display screen for inspection. According to the automatic leveling control method for the walking type tower crane, a plurality of signal data during operation are adopted for assisting monitoring control, errors caused by single data are avoided, and safe operation of the tower crane is achieved.

    本发明一种行走式塔机自动调平控制方法,采用差分GPS作为调平主检测元件,使用两个双轴倾角传感器安装于底架,对角安装,安装于底架处,进行辅助判断,当其中一个双轴倾角传感器传输数值跳变或者不符合实际工况或者二者数据差异超过±2°时,在显示屏上报警并建议停车校正;以支腿底部负载传感器进行各支腿竖向载荷检测元件,判断并提示行走式塔机是否有偏沉的风险,显示屏上将建议停车进行检查。本发明行走式塔机自动调平控制方法,采用多个运行时的信号数据来辅助监测控制,避免了数据单一造成的误差,实现塔机的安全运行。
