The invention discloses a structural form of a walking type tower crane supporting leg leveling oil cylinder. A plurality of flat key grooves are formed in the peripheral face of the end of a piston rod, and a shaft hole is formed in the circle center of the end of the piston rod and connected with a lower walking mechanism. A plurality of flat key grooves and bolt holes are formed in the peripheral surfaces of the supporting ring and the cylinder barrel; the installation mode is that the piston rod extends into the cylinder barrel; the leveling oil cylinder retracts an oil cylinder piston rod in the supporting process of the supporting legs; the supporting ring end limiting flat key goes in and out of a piston rod end flat key groove of the piston rod. And an anti-torque flat key is correspondingly mounted in the flat key slot at the other end part of the support ring and the flat key slot of the cylinder barrel. The flat key is used for bearing the torque of the walking type engineering machine, meanwhile, the piston rod is slotted in the periphery, and the guide flat key is arranged at the position of the supporting ring and inserted into the piston rod; the guide flat key plays a role in guiding; and the steering torque borne by the piston rod during movement can be transmitted to the support ring and the anti-torque flat key.

    本发明公开了一种行走式塔机支腿调平油缸的结构型式。属于行走式工程机械领域,本发明中在活塞杆端部的外周面上形成多个平键槽,活塞杆端部的圆心处有轴孔与下部行走机构连接;支撑环及缸筒的外周面上形成多个平键槽与螺栓孔;安装方式:活塞杆伸入缸筒之中;调平油缸在支腿支承过程中,缩回油缸活塞杆;支撑环端部限位平键出入活塞杆的活塞杆端平键槽内;支撑环另一端部的平键槽与缸筒的平键槽相应安装抗转矩平键。本发明用平键来承受行走式工程机械的转矩,同时活塞杆采用四周开槽的型式,在支撑环处设置导向平键插入活塞杆中;导向平键既起到导向作用;又能使活塞杆运动时的承受的转向转矩传递至支撑环和抗转矩平键。
