The invention relates to a tower crane chassis leveling hydraulic system and a tower crane. The tower crane chassis leveling hydraulic system comprises: an oil cylinder configured to support and level a chassis of a tower crane; the balance valve is connected to a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder; the multi-way valve is respectively connected to the balance valve and a rod cavity of the oil cylinder; the variable pump is connected to the multi-way valve; the variable pump is configured to feed hydraulic oil into a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder through the multi-way valve and the balance valve in sequence so as to push a cylinder rod of the oil cylinder to stretch out. Hydraulic oil in a rod cavity of the oil cylinder is discharged through the multi-way valve; the variable pump is further configured to feed hydraulic oil into a rod cavity of the oil cylinder through the multi-way valve so as to push a cylinder rod of the oil cylinder to retract. And hydraulic oil in a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder is discharged through the balance valve and the multi-way valve in sequence. Through the combination of the variable pump, the multi-way valve and the balance valve, the expansion amount of the oil cylinder can be accurately controlled so as to jack or lower the tower crane chassis and level the chassis, the adjusting mode is efficient and easy to control, and the problem that the tower crane is prone to overturning during walking can be relieved.

    本发明涉及一种塔机底架调平液压系统及塔机。塔机底架调平液压系统包括:油缸,被配置为支撑且调平塔机的底架;平衡阀,连接于油缸的无杆腔;多路阀,分别连接于平衡阀和油缸的有杆腔;以及变量泵,连接于多路阀;变量泵被配置为将液压油依次通过多路阀和平衡阀送入油缸的无杆腔,以推动油缸的缸杆伸出;油缸的有杆腔的液压油通过多路阀排出;变量泵还被配置为将液压油通过多路阀送入油缸的有杆腔,以推动油缸的缸杆缩回;油缸的无杆腔的液压油依次通过平衡阀和多路阀排出。通过变量泵、多路阀和平衡阀的结合,能够准确控制油缸的伸缩量,以顶升或下放塔机底架,对底架进行调平,调节方式高效、易于控制,能够缓解塔机行走时易出现倾覆的问题。
