The invention provides a crane ship precast beam hoisting rapid in-position auxiliary decision-making system and method, and the method comprises the steps: S1, calculating the coordinate of a precast beam target point O2, and calculating the azimuth angle theta 2 when a ship carries out the precast beam installation; s2, after the ship approaches the mounting position of the precast beam and is anchored, calculating the current position coordinate O1 of the central point of the precast beam; s3, calculating plane deviation and elevation deviation of O1 and O2; s4, judging whether the elevation deviation meets requirements or not; s5, adjusting the position of the ship according to the plane deviation; s6, calculating the current azimuth theta1 of the ship, and judging whether theta1 is equal to theta2 or not; and S7, the plane deviation of O1 and O2 is calculated, whether the plane deviation is equal to zero or not is judged, and if yes, the ship controls the precast beam to vertically descend to the precast beam target point O2. According to the method, the current position coordinates of the precast beam are compared with the target point coordinates, ship movement and crane movement instructions are given, and auxiliary operation guidance of hoisting of the large-section precast beam is achieved.

    本发明提供一种起重船预制梁吊装快速就位辅助决策系统及方法,该方法包括:S1、计算预制梁目标点O2的坐标,计算船舶进行预制梁安装时的方位角θ2;S2、待船舶靠近预制梁安装位置并抛锚后,计算预制梁中心点的当前位置坐标O1;S3、计算O1和O2的平面偏差和高程偏差;S4、判断高程偏差是否满足要求;S5、根据平面偏差对船舶的位置进行调整;S6、计算船舶当前方位θ1,判断θ1是否等于θ2;S7、计算O1和O2的平面偏差,判断平面偏差是否等于零,若是,则船舶控制预制梁竖直下降至预制梁目标点O2。本发明通过将预制梁的当前位置坐标与目标点坐标对比,给出船舶的运动、起重机运动指示,实现大节段预制梁吊装的辅助操作指引。
