    本发明涉及船舶控制技术领域,具体地指一种起重船作业辅助决策系统及方法。包括用于对起重船所处水域的环境状态进行实时监测作业环境感知系统、用于对船舶稳定性和结构强度进行监测的船舶稳性与结构强度监测系统、用于对船舶运动状态进行检测的船舶运动监测与决策系统、用于根据环境状态、船舶运动状态和船舶结构状态辅助作业人员进行作业决策。本申请的决策系统能够极大程度提高起重船的作业效率,极大简化了起重船作业难度,降低施工成本,并能做到提前预报及避免风险,且通过使用计算机仿真软件,通过人机交互方式,可实现起重作业的各种工作状况、海况的模拟,从而大大缩短施工周期,提高施工质量。
