The invention belongs to the technical field of ships, and discloses a ship crane cylinder hoisting assembly method and a hoisting tool. The ship crane barrel hoisting and assembling method comprises the steps that a first lifting hook set is controlled to be connected to the periphery of a first barrel section in a hooked mode; a second lifting hook group is controlled to be hooked at one end, far away from the first barrel section, of the second barrel section; the upper trolley and the lower trolley are controlled to enable the crane cylinder to be suspended; the lower trolley is controlled to enable the second lifting hook set to move upwards in the vertical direction, and the upper trolley is controlled to enable the first lifting hook set to move downwards in the vertical direction till the first lifting hook set is separated from the first barrel section; and the lower trolley is controlled to butt the first barrel section to the rotating side of the ship body. According to the ship crane cylinder hoisting and assembling method, the crane cylinder is hoisted to the rotating side of the ship body, the hoisting efficiency can be effectively improved, the number of hoisting rings arranged on the periphery of the crane cylinder can be effectively reduced, and the hoisting cost can be effectively reduced.

    本发明属于船舶技术领域,公开了船舶克令吊筒体吊装装配方法及吊装工装。其中,该船舶克令吊筒体吊装装配方法包括:操控第一吊钩组勾接于第一筒体段的外周;操控第二吊钩组勾接于第二筒体段上远离第一筒体段的一端;操控上小车和下小车使得克令吊筒体悬空;操控下小车使得第二吊钩组沿竖直方向上移,操控上小车使得第一吊钩组沿竖直方向下移,直至第一吊钩组脱离第一筒体段;操控下小车将第一筒体段对接于船体旋侧。通过采用该船舶克令吊筒体吊装装配方法将克令吊筒体吊装于船体旋侧,能有效提升吊装效率,能有效减少在克令吊筒体的外周设置吊环的数量,且能有效降低吊装成本。
