The invention provides a gear shifting control method and device for a commercial vehicle, TCU equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is determined that the vehicle has a gear shifting request and it is determined that the vehicle meets gear shifting conditions, an engine is controlled to reduce the torque to zero; when the torque of the engine is reduced to zero or within a first preset time period before the torque of the engine is reduced to zero, the AMT clutch is controlled to be separated; the power takeoff clutch is controlled to be separated within a second preset time period before the AMT clutch is separated; after the power takeoff clutch is separated, the gearbox is controlled to engage a gear; after the gearbox completes gear engaging, a power takeoff clutch is controlled to be combined; and after the power takeoff clutch is combined, the AMT clutch is controlled to be combined, and the engine is controlled to restore to the target torque. The AMT clutch and the power takeoff clutch are separated after the engine is controlled to reduce the torque, and the problems that the gear shifting process of a commercial vehicle is troublesome and inconvenient to operate are solved.

    本发明提供一种商用车的换挡控制方法、装置、TCU设备及存储介质,属于汽车技术领域,该方法包括:在确定车辆存在换挡请求且确定车辆满足换挡条件的情况下,控制发动机将扭矩降为零;在发动机扭矩降到零时或者在发动机扭矩降到零之前的第一预设时段内,控制AMT离合器进行分离;在AMT离合器分离前的第二预设时段内控制取力器离合器进行分离;在取力器离合器分离后,控制变速箱进行挂挡;在变速箱完成挂挡后控制取力器离合器进行结合;在取力器离合器结合后控制AMT离合器进行结合并控制发动机恢复至目标扭矩。本发明通过控制发动机降扭后进行AMT离合器分离以及取力器离合器分离,解决商用车换挡过程较为麻烦,操作不便的问题。
