The invention discloses a tandem type hybrid control method for a range extender, which comprises the following steps: S1, judging the current state before the range extender is started, and if the range extender is in a shutdown state at present and does not receive a starting signal, continuing to keep an engine and a generator in a stop state; if the range extender is in a shutdown state at present and receives a starting signal, the PID controller of the generator outputs an adjusting quantity as a required torque to the generator; s2, starting the range extender, and determining that the starting is successful if the engine speed is greater than or equal to the starting speed and is maintained for 3s; s3, the range extender receives the power demand signal and outputs the power demand signal to the engine as a torque request; s4, obtaining a rotating speed value according to the power demand signal, and outputting the rotating speed value to a generator PID controller as an engine target rotating speed; and the generator PID controller simultaneously receives an actual rotating speed signal from the engine and outputs an adjusting quantity as a torque request of the generator. And S5, after the range extender receives the shutdown signal, fuel of the engine is cut off, and the generator recovers energy.

    本发明公开了一种用于增程器的串联式混动控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1,增程器启动前判断当前状态,若增程器当前处于停机状态,并且没有收到启动信号,则发动机及发电机继续处于停止状态;若增程器当前处于停机状态,且收到启动信号,则发电机PID控制器输出调节量作为需求扭矩给发电机;S2,增程器启动,发动机转速≥启动转速且维持3s,认为启动成功;S3,增程器接收功率需求信号,输出给发动机作为扭矩请求;S4,根据功率需求信号得到转速值,输出给发电机PID控制器作为发动机目标转速;发电机PID控制器同时接收来自发动机的实际转速信号,输出调节量作为发电机的扭矩请求。S5,增程器收到停机信号后,发动机断油,发电机进行能量回收。
