And the optimal operation rotating speed corresponding to the target power generation power point is inquired according to the APU efficiency map, the VCU controls the APU to perform constant-power power generation, and the problems that a battery is possibly overcharged due to the fact that the generated power is too large due to an APU fixed-point power generation strategy, and the APU is high in noise are solved.

    本发明属于增程器总成发电技术领域,具体地涉及一种针对串联式混动汽车增程器的发电控制方法,包括以下步骤:整车上高压ready,驾驶员控制整车驱动行驶,判断电池放电功率是否>20KW且电池峰值充电功率>10KW,若否则VCU根据功率跟随控制策略进行APU发电功率控制,VCU根据载重传感器采集信息计算车重,根据整车负载,整车负荷状态设为空载、半载和满载三种载重状态,每种载重状态对应一组发电功率点,根据SOC大小划分SOC区间,输出低、中、高SOC区间标志位,根据APU效率map查询目标发电功率点对应的最优运行转速,VCU控制APU进行恒功率发电,解决了APU定点发电策略导致的发电功率过大导致电池可能过充,以及APU噪音大等问题。
