The invention provides a crane ship operation process automatic discrimination construction method and an operation auxiliary decision making system. The method comprises the following steps: S1, entering a ship moving and hoisting preparation stage; s2, calculating ship hoisting position coordinates and ship mounting position coordinates, and determining hoisting parameters, ship moving parameters and mounting parameters of a crane; s3, the ship is moved to the ship hoisting position through the rapid ship moving technology; s4, the crane is controlled to conduct hoisting preparation, and procedure judgment is conducted according to the current state of the ship; s5, the crane is controlled to hoist the hoisted object, and procedure judgment is conducted according to the current state of the ship; s6, the ship is moved to the ship installation position through the rapid ship moving technology, and procedure judgment is conducted according to the current state of the ship; and S7, the crane is controlled to be installed, and procedure judgment is conducted according to the current state of the ship. The starting and ending conditions of each process are judged through the state changes of the ship position, the arm frame, the lifting hook and the like in the lifting process, the manual judgment link is reduced, and the lifting construction operation is guided to be completed rapidly.

    本发明提供一种起重船作业工序自动判别施工方法及作业辅助决策系统,该方法包括:S1、进入移船起吊准备阶段;S2、计算船舶起吊位置坐标、船舶安装位置坐标,确定起重机的起吊参数、移船参数和安装参数;S3、利用快速移船技术将船舶移动至船舶起吊位置;S4、控制起重机进行起吊准备,根据船舶当前状态进行工序判断;S5、控制起重机吊起被吊物,根据船舶当前状态进行工序判断;S6、利用快速移船技术将船舶移动至船舶安装位置,根据船舶当前状态进行工序判断;S7、控制起重机进行安装,根据船舶当前状态进行工序判断。本发明通过吊装过程中的船位、臂架、吊钩等状态变化,判定各工序起始和终止条件,减少人工判断环节,指引吊装施工作业迅速完成。
