The invention discloses an energy recovery braking method for coping with failure of an electronic mechanical braking system, and relates to the field of vehicle braking control. Comprising the following steps that the treading amplitude of a brake pedal is obtained, the braking request torque T1 is obtained according to the treading amplitude, and the braking torque T2 of wheel end braking is obtained; if T2 is larger than or equal to T1, normal braking is carried out, and the system does not intervene in braking; if T2 is equal to 0 or T2 is smaller than T1, vehicle energy recovery intervention is controlled, and braking force is supplemented through vehicle energy recovery resistance; and the treading amplitude of the brake pedal is obtained, and when the driver intends to accelerate, intervention of energy recovery is quitted. According to the invention, braking can be carried out through energy recovery when the required torque and the braking torque are insufficient, so that on one hand, the safety is improved, and on the other hand, the energy-saving effect can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种应对电子机械制动系统失效的能量回收制动方法,涉及车辆制动控制领域;包括以下步骤:获取制动踏板的踩踏幅度,根据踩踏幅度获取制动请求力矩T1,并获取轮端制动的制动力矩T2;若T2≥T1,则正常刹车,系统不介入制动;若T2=0或T2<T1,则控制车辆能量回收介入,利用车辆能量回收的阻力补充制动力;获取制动踏板的踩踏幅度,当驾驶员有加速意图时,退出能量回收的介入。本发明通过对所需力矩与制动力矩,在制动力矩不足时可通过能量回收进行制动,一方面增加了安全性,另一方面也可实现节能效果。
