The invention discloses a vehicle backup braking method for coping with failure of an electronic mechanical braking system, and relates to the field of vehicle braking. Comprising the following steps: collecting signals of an accelerator pedal, a power system and a gearbox; setting control logic of the wheel end controller relative to an accelerator pedal, a brake system and a gearbox signal; the wheel end controller brakes or relieves braking of the wheels according to the control logic and the collected signals of the accelerator pedal, the power system and the gearbox, and after the driver loosens the accelerator pedal, the wheel end controller conducts braking control according to the speed of the driver for loosening the accelerator pedal and the treading depth before the accelerator pedal is loosened. According to the method, the driving intention of a driver can still be recognized under the condition that the EMB system is subjected to multi-point failure, driving, braking and parking of the vehicle are achieved, and therefore safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种应对电子机械制动系统失效的车辆备份制动方法,涉及车辆制动领域;包括以下步骤:采集加速踏板、动力系统以及变速箱的信号;设定轮端控制器相对于加速踏板、制动系统以及变速箱信号的控制逻辑;轮端控制器根据控制逻辑以及采集的加速踏板、动力系统以及变速箱的信号对车轮实现制动或制动解除,当驾驶员松开加速踏板后,轮端控制器根据驾驶员松开加速踏板的速度以及加速踏板松开前的踩踏深度将进行制动控制。本发明在EMB系统发生多点失效的情况下,仍然可以识别驾驶员的驾驶意图,实现车辆的行驶、制动和驻车,从而增加了安全性。
