The invention discloses a marine diesel engine intake and exhaust pipe mounting method, which is characterized in that a temporary pipe correction tool is connected with an intake pipe or an exhaust pipe when a main engine intake pipe and an exhaust pipe are mounted, and a corrugated pipe which should be mounted at the stage is replaced by the temporary pipe correction tool; after the pipe correction operation of the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe and the three-dimensional cross operation of the subsequent cabin area are completed, the temporary pipe correction tool is disassembled, and the corrugated pipe is replaced and installed at the position where the temporary pipe correction tool is located, so that the corrugated pipe is prevented from being damaged by the pipe correction operation of the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe and the operation of the subsequent cabin area; meanwhile, the pipe calibration precision of the air inlet pipeline and the exhaust pipeline can be guaranteed, and the installation precision of the corrugated pipe is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种船舶柴油机进排气管安装方法,该方法在安装主机进、排气管时将临时校管工装与进气管或排气管相连,利用临时校管工装来代替本应在此阶段安装的波纹管,然后在进、排气管的校管操作及后续机舱区域立体式交叉作业完成后,再将临时校管工装拆掉,在临时校管工装所在位置处替换安装上波纹管,避免进、排气管路的校管作业及后续机舱区域的作业对波纹管造成损坏,同时也能保证进、排气管路的校管精度,保证波纹管的安装精度。
