The invention relates to the technical field of automobile control, in particular to a variable column collision energy absorption position control system and method based on active safety. Comprising a column collision position recognition module and an energy absorption adjusting module, and the column collision position recognition module is used for recognizing the position of an impending column collision on a threshold beam; the energy absorption adjusting module comprises an energy absorption block installed in the doorsill beam, and the energy absorption block is of an energy absorption structure capable of moving in the doorsill beam in the X direction. The energy absorption adjusting module adjusts the energy absorption block according to the column collision position recognized by the column collision position recognition module, so that the energy absorption block moves to the corresponding position in the threshold beam before column collision occurs. The variable column collision energy absorption position control system based on active safety is simple in structure and convenient to use, the energy absorption block can be moved to the position corresponding to the doorsill beam in advance before column collision occurs, the structural strength of the doorsill beam at the position is improved, and energy dissipation of the doorsill beam during collision is facilitated.

    本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,具体地指一种基于主动安全的可变柱碰吸能位置控制系统及控制方法。包括柱碰位置识别模块和吸能调节模块,柱碰位置识别模块用于识别即将发生的柱碰在门槛梁上的位置;吸能调节模块包括安装在门槛梁内的吸能块,所述吸能块是可在门槛梁内沿X向移动的吸能结构;所述吸能调节模块根据柱碰位置识别模块识别的柱碰位置对吸能块进行调节,使吸能块在柱碰发生前移动至门槛梁内对应位置。本申请基于主动安全的可变柱碰吸能位置控制系统结构简单,使用方便,能够在柱碰发生前提前将吸能块移动到门槛梁的对应为止,提升门槛梁在该位置的结构强度,便于碰撞发生时门槛梁的能量消散。
