The invention discloses a variable-gradient corrugated pipe collision energy absorption box, and belongs to the technical field of automobile collision energy absorption boxes. The problem that the energy absorption efficiency is low due to the fact that an existing collision energy absorption box is unstable in collapsing deformation is solved. The energy absorption device specifically comprises a plurality of energy absorption units connected in sequence. Each energy absorption unit comprises a first energy absorption layer, a second energy absorption layer and a middle layer; the first energy absorption layer and the second energy absorption layer are connected through the middle layer, and pre-deformation crease lines are formed at the connecting position of the first energy absorption layer or the second energy absorption layer and the middle layer. Each energy absorption unit is composed of three energy absorption layers which are the same in height and different in shape, and pre-deformation crease lines are formed at the joints. In the collision process, each energy absorption unit is subjected to collapse deformation according to the pre-deformation crease lines in the energy absorption unit; in the initial collision stage, the energy absorption units bear low collision loads, and the energy absorption capacity and the bearing capacity are gradually increased along with increasing of crumple deformation; in the process, the energy absorption efficiency is increased in a gradient mode, and a good buffering effect is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种变梯度的折纹管碰撞吸能盒,属于汽车碰撞吸能盒技术领域;解决了现有的碰撞吸能盒溃缩变形不稳定,导致吸能效率较低的问题;具体包括若干个依次连接的吸能单元;吸能单元包括第一吸能层、第二吸能层和中间层;第一吸能层和第二吸能层通过中间层连接,第一吸能层或第二吸能层与中间层的连接位置形成预变形折痕纹路;本发明中每个吸能单元均由三层高度相同形状不同的吸能层组成,并且在连接处形成预变形折痕纹路;碰撞过程中每个吸能单元均按照其内部的预变形折痕纹路发生溃缩变形;在碰撞初始阶段,吸能单元承载较低的碰撞载荷,随着溃缩变形加大,吸能和承载能力逐渐增长;该过程中吸能效率呈梯度增加,实现了较好的缓冲效果。
