The invention discloses an electromagnetic actuating pressing and releasing device, and belongs to the technical field of spaceflight, the electromagnetic actuating pressing and releasing device comprises a first shell, a second shell, a locking bolt and a locking nut, the first shell is provided with a first barrel for axial movement of the locking nut, and the first barrel is provided with a limiting structure for limiting circumferential rotation of the locking nut; the first shell is further provided with an electromagnetic actuating structure for locking the locking nut in the first cylinder; the second shell is provided with a second barrel for the locking bolt to axially move, the head of the locking bolt is limited to the end, away from the second shell, of the second barrel, and a screw of the locking bolt penetrates through the second barrel and is in threaded connection with the locking nut. The first shell and the second shell can be connected after the locking bolt and the locking nut are connected, then connection of the two parts is achieved, due to the fact that the locking nut is limited to rotate in the circumferential direction, pre-tightening torque can be applied when the locking bolt and the locking nut are connected, and therefore the connection stability of the two parts is improved.
